Available in £25, £50, £75 or £100 denominations. We will send the voucher through the post with pretty Mandarina ribbon and orange tissue paper.
Simple to use - the lucky recipient can either apply the voucher code at our online check out, or phone through their order to a real human being in our office on UK 01307 819488.
No hassle, no stress!
We use Royal Mail second class 'signed for' service for all our deliveries. This generally takes 3 to 5 working days. If your package has not arrived in timely fashion please contact us to track the parcel.

Royal Mail is generally reliable but some (random) items do take longer to arrive than usual. This also applies to returns. We have no control over this! We cannot be held responsible for postal delays.
Please provide us with any useful additional delivery information when you order, such as "Leave in Porch" or where to leave the package if you are out.
If your shoes are urgent please let us know and we can send them out 1st Class.
UK standard signed for delivery £5.95 (3 to 5 working days)
EU International Tracked £15 (post-Brexit customs duties may be payable)
Rest of World International Tracked £25 (customs duties may be payable)
Express /overnight delivery can be arranged by calling the office on Tel: 01307 819488. There is not an option to select Express Delivery online, please just call us.
No quibble, no reason to hesitate! If you do not look and feel fabulous in your Mandarina Shoes or Boots you can return them to us for a full refund or exchange, providing they are unused and in re-saleable condition.
Goods must be returned to us within 30 days for a refund, after that a credit note will be issued. If the shoes are a Christmas or birthday gift, or you are an overseas customer, we do understand that this process may take a little longer. We regret as a small business we are not able to offer free shipping or returns.
We will of course post out exchange items without charging additional postage fees.
We try to be as flexible as is reasonably possible with all returns, however no items can be refunded until they are returned.

PUMPS
I just had to tell you how much I enjoyed wearing the white pumps this summer. Wore them to death! So much so that I just had to buy another pair. They were so comfortable and I wore them day and night, hardly off my feet.

The fabulous black ankle boots have just arrived and I absolutely love them. They are so soft and comfortable I cannot wait for some colder weather.

Shoes for a Christening

Absolutely Thrilled
I would just like to say that I am absolutely Thrilled with the shoes! They look like something the fairies have made, and all in their charming little bag. The turquoise trellis pumps are really great and fit perfectly.
SO much better than trainers!
I bought these sneakers c 3 years ago and they are the perfect travelling shoe, light, breathable, and they pack nearly flat ( important on long trips with luggage restrictions): therefore, infinitely better than trainers.
