The Mandarina pixie boot has been a global best-seller for years, and for good reason. This ankle boot style is immensely flattering, comfortable to wear and hardwearing.

We have updated the design this year with 'Chelsea Boot' elasticated sides and a more rounded toe shape giving the boots a more contemporary feel. And we have perfected the length so this style works really well tucked under all trousers, as well as with skirts and dresses.

We have several patterned and plain options available - but every wardrobe needs a pair of these sizzlingly sexy boots in scarlet red suede with smart black contrasting elastic panels. Prepare to WOW!

And they are so versatile! Wear them day or night and at weekends - they are easy to dress up or dress down. Perfect under jeans with a snuggly jumper or to brighten up a chic black evening outfit. 

6cm kitten heel, elasticated sides with a pull-on heel tab, real suede upper, pretty brocade signature Mandarina lining, hardwearing leather-look sole. Weather-resistant. Average fit, true to size. Recommend size up for half sizes.

We use Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked service for all our deliveries, but packages do sometimes take longer. If your package has not arrived in timely fashion please contact us to track the parcel.

Royal Mail is generally reliable but some (random) items do take longer to arrive than usual. This also applies to returns. We have no control over this! We cannot be held responsible for postal delays. 

Please provide us with any useful additional delivery information when you order, such as "Leave in Porch" or where to leave the package if you are out. 

If your shoes are urgent please let us know and we can send them out 24 Hour Tracked

EU International Tracked £15 (post-Brexit customs duties may be payable)

Rest of World International Tracked £25 (customs duties may be payable)

Express /overnight UK delivery can be arranged by calling the office on Tel: 01307 819488. The charge is by weight but it is generally around £10. There is no option to select Express Delivery online, please call us. This service requires a signature and it is the customer responsibility to have arrangements in place to receive the package.

Returns

No quibble, no reason to hesitate!  If you do not look and feel fabulous in your Mandarina Shoes or Boots you can return them to us for a full refund or exchange, providing they are unused and in re-saleable condition. Returns instructions are provided on the reverse of your invoice. 

AN EXTENDED RETURNS PERIOD WILL BE PERMITTED FOR CHRISTMAS GIFTS.

Goods must be returned to us within 30 days for a refund, after that a credit note will be issued. If the shoes are a Christmas or birthday gift, or you are an overseas customer, we do understand that this process may take a little longer. We regret as a small business we are not able to offer free shipping or returns. Consequently, delivery and postage charges are non-refundable unless your order is incorrect or faulty. For your peace of mind make sure you ask for a certificate of posting.  We cannot take responsibility for items that for whatever reason fail to reach Mandarina HQ. We recommend using 48-hour tracked service for all UK returns which has compensation up to £150.

Exchange items within the UK are posted at our cost, you will not be charged additional postage fees.

We try to be as flexible as possible with all returns, however no items can be refunded until they are returned and in a re-saleable condition.
