Perfect for chilly tootsies.

Don't suffer cold feet in the cost of living crisis. Pop these divinely soft shearling insoles into your shoes and boots and be roastie toastie all Winter long.

Made in the UK. Real sheepskin. One size, 27cm from toe to heel x 9cm across the foot at the widest point, but they are easy to cut to size and do not fray.

Most of our shoes and boots can accomodate these liners as they are extremely soft and not too thick, but of course they do take up some of the foot 'space' within the shoe so for half sizes definitely size up.

Great for wellies too!

Delivery Info

We use Royal Mail second class 'signed for' service for all our deliveries. This generally takes 3 to 5 working days. If your package has not arrived in timely fashion please contact us to track the parcel.

Royal Mail is generally reliable but some (random) items do take longer to arrive than usual. This also applies to returns. We have no control over this! We cannot be held responsible for postal delays.

Please provide us with any useful additional delivery information when you order, such as "Leave in Porch" or where to leave the package if you are out.

If your shoes are urgent please let us know and we can send them out 1st Class.

UK standard signed for delivery £5.95 (3 to 5 working days)

EU International Tracked £15 (post-Brexit customs duties may be payable)

Rest of World International Tracked £25 (customs duties may be payable)

Express /overnight delivery can be arranged by calling the office on Tel: 01307 819488. There is not an option to select Express Delivery online, please just call us.

Returns

No quibble, no reason to hesitate! If you do not look and feel fabulous in your Mandarina Shoes or Boots you can return them to us for a full refund or exchange, providing they are unused and in re-saleable condition. Returns instructions are provided on the reverse of your invoice.

Goods must be returned to us within 30 days for a refund, after that a credit note will be issued. If the shoes are a Christmas or birthday gift, or you are an overseas customer, we do understand that this process may take a little longer. We regret as a small business we are not able to offer free shipping or returns. Consequently delivery and postage charges are non-refundable unless your order is incorrect or faulty. For your peace of mind make sure you ask for a certificate of posting. We cannot take responsibility for items that for whatever reason fail to reach Mandarina HQ.

We will of course post out exchange items within the UK without charging additional postage fees.

We try to be as flexible as is reasonably possible with all returns, however no items can be refunded until they are returned.

I recently made my first ever purchase from Mandarina Shoes, certainly not my last! My daughter is getting married and I was looking for something really special to match my outfit. You have provided me with the most amazing shoes, not only are they totally beautiful, perfectly constructed but the are the most comfortable shoes ever - amazing. I ordered the shoes on a Sunday evening - they were with me by 9:10am on Tuesday morning - and the packaging made them even more special, congratulations to all the staff at Mandarina .

Fit like a glove

Just wanted to let you know that the Dachshund pumps arrived this morning and they are fab! They also fit like a glove! I also wanted to say that to find a company with such great customer service is extremely rare in this day and age and I very much appreciated your help and guidance with this purchase - it shall certainly not be my last!
