Don't suffer cold feet because of The Budget. Pop these divinely soft and cosy sheepskin insoles into your shoes and boots and be roastie toastie all Winter long.

Made in the UK. Real sheepskin from carefully tended happy sheep.

One size only, 27cm from toe to heel x 9cm across the foot at the widest point, but they are easy to cut to size and do not fray.

Most of our boots can accommodate these liners, as they are extremely soft and not too thick. They will also work in some of our more generous-fitting loafers and flats, but of course, they do take up some of the foot 'space' within a shoe or boot, so for half sizes, definitely size up.

Great for wellies too!

Please expect some shade variation this is a natural occurrence in the fleeces.

Delivery Info

We use Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked service for all our deliveries, but packages do sometimes take longer. If your package has not arrived in timely fashion please contact us to track the parcel.

Royal Mail is generally reliable but some (random) items do take longer to arrive than usual. This also applies to returns. We have no control over this! We cannot be held responsible for postal delays.

Please provide us with any useful additional delivery information when you order, such as "Leave in Porch" or where to leave the package if you are out.

EU International Tracked £15 (post-Brexit customs duties may be payable)

Rest of World International Tracked £25 (customs duties may be payable)

Express /overnight UK delivery can be arranged by calling the office on Tel: 01307 819488. The charge is by weight but it is generally around £10. There is no option to select Express Delivery online, please call us. This service requires a signature and it is the customer responsibility to have arrangements in place to receive the package.

Returns

No quibble, no reason to hesitate! If you do not look and feel fabulous in your Mandarina Shoes or Boots you can return them to us for a full refund or exchange, providing they are unused and in re-saleable condition. Returns instructions are provided on the reverse of your invoice.

AN EXTENDED RETURNS PERIOD WILL BE PERMITTED FOR CHRISTMAS GIFTS.

Goods must be returned to us within 30 days for a refund, after that a credit note will be issued. If the shoes are a Christmas or birthday gift, or you are an overseas customer, we do understand that this process may take a little longer. We regret as a small business we are not able to offer free shipping or returns. Consequently, delivery and postage charges are non-refundable unless your order is incorrect or faulty. For your peace of mind make sure you ask for a certificate of posting. We cannot take responsibility for items that for whatever reason fail to reach Mandarina HQ. We recommend using 48-hour tracked service for all UK returns which has compensation up to £150.

Exchange items within the UK are posted at our cost, you will not be charged additional postage fees.

We try to be as flexible as possible with all returns, however no items can be refunded until they are returned and in a re-saleable condition.
