We use Royal Mail 48-Hour Tracked service for all our UK deliveries, but packages do sometimes take longer. If you require your shoes urgently, we are happy to post them out 24-hour tracked. Please advise us of this when you place your order.
If your package does not arrive in a timely fashion, please contact us to track the parcel.

Royal Mail is generally reliable, but some (random) items do take longer to arrive than usual. This also applies to returns. We have no control over this! We cannot be held responsible for postal delays.
Please provide us with any useful additional delivery information when you order, such as "Leave in Porch" or where to leave the package if you are out.
If your shoes are urgent, please let us know at the time of ordering, and we can send them out 24-hour tracked.
EU International Tracked £15 (post-Brexit customs duties may be payable and are the customer's responsibility).
Rest of World International Tracked £25 (customs duties may be payable).
Express / overnight UK delivery
Can be arranged by calling +44 7501 141 399 or, if no answer please ring +44 7748 535 720. The charge is by weight and it is generally around £10, with a surcharge for Saturday delivery. There is no option to select Express Delivery online, so please do call us. This service requires a signature and it is the customer responsibility to have arrangements in place to receive the package.
No quibble, no reason to hesitate! If you do not look and feel fabulous in your Mandarina Shoes or Boots you can return them to us for a full refund or exchange, providing they are unused and in re-saleable condition. Returns instructions are provided on the reverse of your invoice.
Goods must be returned to us within 30 days for a refund, after that a credit note will be issued. If the shoes are a Christmas or birthday gift, or you are an overseas customer, we do understand that this process may take a little longer. We regret as a small business we are not able to offer free shipping or returns.
Returns postage charges are non-refundable unless your order is incorrect or faulty. For your peace of mind make sure you ask for a certificate of posting. We cannot take responsibility for items that for whatever reason fail to reach Mandarina HQ. We recommend using 48-hour tracked service for all UK returns which has compensation up to £150.
Exchange items within the UK are posted out at our cost, you will not be charged additional postage fees.
We try to be as flexible as possible with all returns, however no items can be refunded until they are returned and received in a re-saleable condition.
