Velvet is everywhere this season and Mandarina's black velvet court is possibly the most useful, elegant and essential evening shoe you can buy. A reliable 'go-to' style for the party season.

Smart and flattering with a front buckle detail, wear these with your favourite little black dress or under wide trousers.

Velvet textile upper. Exotic silk brocade signature lining, 7cm heel, pointed toe, quality leather look sole. Average fit and true to size although for half sizes we recommend sizing down. Weather resistant but not designed for paddling....

Delivery Info

We use Royal Mail second class 'signed for' service for all our deliveries. This generally takes 3 to 5 working days. If your package has not arrived in timely fashion please contact us to track the parcel.

Royal Mail is generally reliable but some (random) items do take longer to arrive than usual. This also applies to returns. We have no control over this! We cannot be held responsible for postal delays. 

Please provide us with any useful additional delivery information when you order, such as "Leave in Porch" or where to leave the package if you are out. 

If your shoes are urgent please let us know and we can send them out 1st Class.

UK standard signed for delivery £5.95  (3 to 5 working days)

EU International Tracked £15 (post-Brexit customs duties may be payable)

Rest of World International Tracked £25 (customs duties may be payable)

Express /overnight delivery can be arranged by calling the office on Tel: 01307 819488. There is not an option to select Express Delivery online, please just call us.

Returns

No quibble, no reason to hesitate!  If you do not look and feel fabulous in your Mandarina Shoes or Boots you can return them to us for a full refund or exchange, providing they are unused and in re-saleable condition.

Goods must be returned to us within 30 days for a refund, after that a credit note will be issued. If the shoes are a Christmas or birthday gift, or you are an overseas customer, we do understand that this process may take a little longer. We regret as a small business we are not able to offer free shipping or returns.

We will of course post out exchange items without charging additional postage fees.

We try to be as flexible as is reasonably possible with all returns, however no items can be refunded until they are returned.

RED BOOTS

Just wanted to say how much I love my beautiful boots and the marvellous orange box and bag they arrived in. I was replacing an old pair of red boots. I normally struggle to find styles I like, and in recent years have relied heavily on Hobbs for my shoe wardrobe. 

I found you by googling "red boots" for an image search. I'd not heard of you before, but I like to support small and independent companies where I can. As a knitter I have a particular passion for all things Scottish, and I do love Harris tweed. I love your styles, and your prices are very reasonable.

I've bookmarked your site and very much hope to be back again in the future.

my order arrived far earlier than I expected

I am writing to register my absolute surprise and pleasure on receipt of my first order with Mandarina Shoes. To begin with, I was astonished that my order arrived far earlier than I expected - having only placed the order on Sunday, 15th November, I didn't think it would turn up until at least next week but in fact it arrived today, and in pristine condition. Secondly, the packaging in which the shoes are presented is divine, and the shoes themselves...there are no words I could have put them on and walked around all day in them, as beautiful and yet as comfortable as they are. Thank you so much, I am delighted with my gorgeous new kitten heels, and now I know where to come next time!
