LONG LIVE THE MULE!

Yup, it's a Mandarina love affair. We have adored mules from the very beginning. We know you are not all converts but trust us, once worn there is no going back!

Smart but casual, these are just all-round excellent shoes. Take them on holiday or weekends away as they tuck inside eachother and flat pack, hardly weigh anything and go with everything. Especially good with scruffy jeans! What more can we say except they are super-comfortable too.

Real leather upper with silver snaffle link trim. 2cm flat heel. Leather lining. Hard-wearing sole. For indoor and outdoor wear. Made in Spain. 

Sizing note: this style is small-ish fitting size up for half sizes.

Delivery Info

We use Royal Mail second class 'signed for' service for all our deliveries. This generally takes 3 to 5 working days. If your package has not arrived in timely fashion please contact us to track the parcel.

Royal Mail is generally reliable but some (random) items do take longer to arrive than usual. This also applies to returns. We have no control over this! We cannot be held responsible for postal delays. 

Please provide us with any useful additional delivery information when you order, such as "Leave in Porch" or where to leave the package if you are out. 

If your shoes are urgent please let us know and we can send them out 1st Class.

UK standard signed for delivery £5.95  (3 to 5 working days)

EU International Tracked £15 (post-Brexit customs duties may be payable)

Rest of World International Tracked £25 (customs duties may be payable)

Express /overnight delivery can be arranged by calling the office on Tel: 01307 819488. There is not an option to select Express Delivery online, please just call us.

Returns

No quibble, no reason to hesitate!  If you do not look and feel fabulous in your Mandarina Shoes or Boots you can return them to us for a full refund or exchange, providing they are unused and in re-saleable condition. Returns instructions are provided on the reverse of your invoice. 

Goods must be returned to us within 30 days for a refund, after that a credit note will be issued. If the shoes are a Christmas or birthday gift, or you are an overseas customer, we do understand that this process may take a little longer. We regret as a small business we are not able to offer free shipping or returns. Consequently delivery and postage charges are non-refundable unless your order is incorrect or faulty. For your peace of mind make sure you ask for a certificate of posting.  We cannot take responsibility for items that for whatever reason fail to reach Mandarina HQ.

We will of course post out exchange items within the UK without charging additional postage fees.

We try to be as flexible as is reasonably possible with all returns, however no items can be refunded until they are returned.

Thank you very much for the shoes sent to our London address, I am thrilled with both pairs. I bought a pair of classic slingbacks in aqua last year and was equally happy with them. I met you at the Ardingly Fair last year whilst visiting my mother who lives nearby. Earlier this year I went to a School Reunion in Surrey and a friend of mine who lives in Lockerbie appeared in a pair of your tweed ankle boots in bright pink, they were very much the talking point of the day!
