As sunny and refreshing as glass of Orangina. Our new sneaker style has just landed in 4 great colours. Orange of course being the Mandarina house colour is our personal favourite!

With a vintagey stonewashed 'faded' look these fun lace up plimsolls will see you through all your summer activities - beach trips, hiking, lunching, chilling and generally hanging out looking cool!

Perfect for every day, and great travel companions too, these bright canvas sneakers in zesty orange have a deliberately distressed look to give them that worn-in appearance.  Matching orange laces and 3cm depth ridged white rubber soles. Lightly cushioned (non-removable) insoles.

All ages can wear. Easy regular fit, size up for half sizes.

Delivery Info

We use Royal Mail second class 'signed for' service for all our deliveries. This generally takes 3 to 5 working days. If your package has not arrived in timely fashion please contact us to track the parcel.

Royal Mail is generally reliable but some (random) items do take longer to arrive than usual. This also applies to returns. We have no control over this! We cannot be held responsible for postal delays. 

Please provide us with any useful additional delivery information when you order, such as "Leave in Porch" or where to leave the package if you are out. 

If your shoes are urgent please let us know and we can send them out 1st Class.

UK standard signed for delivery £5.95  (3 to 5 working days)

EU International Tracked £15 (post-Brexit customs duties may be payable)

Rest of World International Tracked £25 (customs duties may be payable)

Express /overnight delivery can be arranged by calling the office on Tel: 01307 819488. There is not an option to select Express Delivery online, please just call us.

Returns

No quibble, no reason to hesitate!  If you do not look and feel fabulous in your Mandarina Shoes or Boots you can return them to us for a full refund or exchange, providing they are unused and in re-saleable condition. Returns instructions are provided on the reverse of your invoice. 

Goods must be returned to us within 30 days for a refund, after that a credit note will be issued. If the shoes are a Christmas or birthday gift, or you are an overseas customer, we do understand that this process may take a little longer. We regret as a small business we are not able to offer free shipping or returns. Consequently delivery and postage charges are non-refundable unless your order is incorrect or faulty. For your peace of mind make sure you ask for a certificate of posting.  We cannot take responsibility for items that for whatever reason fail to reach Mandarina HQ.

We will of course post out exchange items within the UK without charging additional postage fees.

We try to be as flexible as is reasonably possible with all returns, however no items can be refunded until they are returned.

Hello

I recently made my first ever purchase from Mandarina Shoes, certainly not my last! My daughter is getting married and I was looking for something really special to match my outfit. You have provided me with the most amazing shoes, not only are they totally beautiful, perfectly constructed but the are the most comfortable shoes ever - amazing. I ordered the shoes on a Sunday evening - they were with me by 9:10am on Tuesday morning - and the packaging made them even more special, congratulations to all the staff at Mandarina .

EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED!

My shoes have arrived and they are exactly what I wanted.....just delicious!  I have never ordered shoes online before and will certainly keep your company in mind, should I be looking for special shoes again.
