Without doubt our prettiest evening shoes to date, the essential accompaniment to the Little Black Dress or wide evening trousers.  Kitten heel slingbacks in sumptuous black velvet with a fabulous velvet bow trim. 

There are so many ways to wear them with fun tights from spots to fishnets!

The kitten heel is a long-standing Mandarina best-seller, and for good reason. This heel height is comfortable and extremely smart.

Average fit. For half sizes we recommend sizing down. 4cm kitten heel, adjustable slingback, bow trim (NOT detachable). Reasonably weather and stain resistant. Good quality non-slip leather-look sole. Soft microsuede lining.

Delivery Info

We use Royal Mail second class 'signed for' service for all our deliveries. This generally takes 3 to 5 days. If your package has not arrived in timely fashion please contact us to track the parcel. Tel: 01307 819488. Due to recent ongoing industrial action at Royal Mail deliveries are still a little inconsistent with some (random) items taking longer to arrive than usual. This also applies to returns.

Please provide us with any useful additional delivery information when you order, such as "Leave in Porch" or where to leave the package if you are out. 

If your shoes are urgent please ring us and we can send them 1st class or Special Delivery!

UK standard signed for delivery £5.95 

EU International Tracked £15 (post-Brexit customs duties may be payable)

Rest of World International Tracked £25 (customs duties may be payable)

Express /overnight delivery can be arranged by calling the office on Tel: 01307 819488. There is not an option to select Express Delivery online, please just call us.

Returns

No quibble, no reason to hesitate!  If you do not look and feel fabulous in your Mandarina Shoes or Boots you can return them to us for a full refund or exchange, providing they are unused and in re-saleable condition.

Goods must be returned to us within 30 days for a refund, after that a credit note will be issued. If the shoes are a Christmas or birthday gift, or you are an overseas customer, we do understand that this process may take a little longer. We regret as a small business we are not able to offer free shipping or returns.

We will of course post out exchange items without charging additional postage fees.

We are currently operating an extended returns policy due to the recent disruption at Royal Mail. We try to be as flexible as is reasonably possible with all returns, however no items can be refunded until they are returned.

Amazing!

WOW!! The shoes have just LANDED here and with great excitement have opened them up and tried them on - the fit FANTASTICALLY and look just AMAZING!! The outfit is not actually here at the moment (with the 'fascinator maker'!!) so cannot put the whole lot on but they look really great - seem to have lost some weight recently due to SO much catering going on so should all be looking good. Will pay the bill (which I have to say is very reasonable for the great service you have given) as soon as this weekend and aftermarth is over, but thanks SO SO SO much for all your help and the great result. Another Pair Please!

My (Scottish) husband thinks my shoes are so wonderful (well, that tweed, of course …) that he is insisting on buying me another pair of shoes – this is a first in 31 years of marriage. I am just swithering now between pink silk and blue dots and will put my order in soon.
