If they're bright, they're right and this is the best hot pink bubblegum shade of suede we could find, guaranteed to brighten your day.

We like to keep things elegant and classy at Mandarina so despite the wild colour, these are ultimately wearable whatever the occasion. A brilliant way to dress up anything plain.

Adjustable slingback, average fit, 7cm heel, real suede upper, microsuede lining, quality leather-look sole. Weather resistant (but not designed for paddling). 

For half sizes please size down.

Delivery Info

We use Royal Mail second class 'signed for' service for all our deliveries. This generally takes 3 to 5 working days. If your package has not arrived in timely fashion please contact us to track the parcel.

Royal Mail is generally reliable but some (random) items do take longer to arrive than usual. This also applies to returns. We have no control over this! We cannot be held responsible for postal delays. 

Please provide us with any useful additional delivery information when you order, such as "Leave in Porch" or where to leave the package if you are out. 

If your shoes are urgent please let us know and we can send them out 1st Class.

UK standard signed for delivery £5.95  (3 to 5 working days)

EU International Tracked £15 (post-Brexit customs duties may be payable)

Rest of World International Tracked £25 (customs duties may be payable)

Express /overnight delivery can be arranged by calling the office on Tel: 01307 819488. There is not an option to select Express Delivery online, please just call us.

Returns

No quibble, no reason to hesitate!  If you do not look and feel fabulous in your Mandarina Shoes or Boots you can return them to us for a full refund or exchange, providing they are unused and in re-saleable condition.

Goods must be returned to us within 30 days for a refund, after that a credit note will be issued. If the shoes are a Christmas or birthday gift, or you are an overseas customer, we do understand that this process may take a little longer. We regret as a small business we are not able to offer free shipping or returns.

We will of course post out exchange items without charging additional postage fees.

We try to be as flexible as is reasonably possible with all returns, however no items can be refunded until they are returned.

my order arrived far earlier than I expected

I am writing to register my absolute surprise and pleasure on receipt of my first order with Mandarina Shoes. To begin with, I was astonished that my order arrived far earlier than I expected - having only placed the order on Sunday, 15th November, I didn't think it would turn up until at least next week but in fact it arrived today, and in pristine condition. Secondly, the packaging in which the shoes are presented is divine, and the shoes themselves...there are no words I could have put them on and walked around all day in them, as beautiful and yet as comfortable as they are. Thank you very much for the shoes sent to our London address, I am thrilled with both pairs. I bought a pair of classic slingbacks in aqua last year and was equally happy with them. I met you at the Ardingly Fair last year whilst visiting my mother who lives nearby. Earlier this year I went to a School Reunion in Surrey and a friend of mine who lives in Lockerbie appeared in a pair of your tweed ankle boots in bright pink, they were very much the talking point of the day!
