Take it from us these are glamorous, sexy and feminine - and such an easy way to dress up an outfit.
Kitten mules look wonderful under wide trousers and dresses, and the dramatic blue/black flower-patterned silk brocade we have chosen for these ones is really easy to mix and match.
Eternally useful holiday shoes as they are light and compact, versatile for evening wear and never go out of fashion.
Whilst we appreciate mules are not everyone's preferred shoe style, this shape is tried and tested. The low kitten heel is super easy to walk on, and the uppers are cut sufficiently generously up the sides of the foot to ensure the shoes stay securely on your feet (even for dancing!) and won’t click-clack when you walk.
Silk/rayon brocade upper, soft microsuede lining, 4cm kitten heel, squared upper shape which avoids toe cleavage, moderately pointed toe.
Sizing note: these are quite small fitting, size up for borderline and half sizes.
Weatherproof; suitable for indoor and outdoor wear.

We use Royal Mail 48-Hour Tracked service for all our UK deliveries, but packages do sometimes take longer. If you require your shoes urgently, we are happy to post them out 24-hour tracked. Please advise us of this when you place your order.
If your package does not arrive in a timely fashion, please contact us to track the parcel.

Royal Mail is generally reliable, but some (random) items do take longer to arrive than usual. This also applies to returns. We have no control over this! We cannot be held responsible for postal delays.
Please provide us with any useful additional delivery information when you order, such as "Leave in Porch" or where to leave the package if you are out.
If your shoes are urgent, please let us know at the time of ordering, and we can send them out 24-hour tracked.
EU International Tracked £15 (post-Brexit customs duties may be payable and are the customer's responsibility).
Rest of World International Tracked £25 (customs duties may be payable).
Express / overnight UK delivery
Can be arranged by calling +44 7501 141 399 or, if no answer please ring +44 7748 535 720. The charge is by weight and it is generally around £10, with a surcharge for Saturday delivery. There is no option to select Express Delivery online, so please do call us. This service requires a signature and it is the customer responsibility to have arrangements in place to receive the package.
No quibble, no reason to hesitate, even on sale items! If you do not look and feel fabulous in your Mandarina Shoes or Boots you can return them to us for a full refund or exchange, providing they are unused and in re-saleable condition. Returns instructions and an address label are provided on the reverse of your packing slip.
Goods must be returned to us within 30 days for a refund. After that a credit note will be issued, provided the goods are received back by us within a period of 90 days.
If the shoes are a Christmas or birthday gift, or you are an overseas customer, we do understand that this process may take a little longer.
We regret as a small business we are not able to offer free returns.
For your peace of mind make sure you ask for a certificate of posting. We cannot take responsibility for items which fail to reach Mandarina HQ. We recommend using Royal Mail 48-hour tracked service for all UK returns, it is safe and reliable and provides compensation up to £150. It is not necessary to use Special Delivery for returns.
Exchange items within the UK are posted out at our cost, you will not be charged additional postage fees.
We do try to be as flexible as possible with all returns, however no items can be refunded or credited until they are returned and received in a re-saleable condition, within the specified time frames.
