We know how hard it is to get an accurate idea of size and fit when buying shoes online for the first time, hence we offer a 'No Quibble' refund policy so you can try on our beautiful shoes, in your own time, at home.

European sizing is the most accurate system to follow.

We do not stock half sizes.

In general for half sizes we recommend you size down for slingbacks, and size up for ballet pumps and flats. For boots and court shoes please check the guidance in the product descriptions.

Note: We stock a small range of Peter Kaiser and Högl shoes and boots. These brands use an alternative UK sizing system and are fairly generous fitting. Please follow your EUROPEAN size when ordering these brands, or ring us if you are unsure which size to select.

A refined fusion of classic Chelsea ease and Cuban-inspired attitude, the Havana Boot is designed for a sharp, modern silhouette. Crafted by our artisan bootmakers in Spain, this elegant ankle-height style is right on the button in gorgeous chocolate brown suede.

The side elastic panel is a nod to the timeless Chelsea boot, but the full inside zipper makes them easier to put on-and-off.

The perfect 5cm block heel has a subtle Cuban shape which adds just the right amount of fashion edge as well as being super-comfortable and stable to wear. A sleek, slightly blunt toe shape with a toe-cap detail completes the look, making this boot equally suited for tailored trousers or dressed-down denim.

Polished yet versatile, the Mandarina Havana ankle boot is the perfect cross between classic and contemporary— a timeless investment style you will wear for years to come.

NOTE: these are quite slim-fitting, not recommended for wider feet (sorry), and we only have very limited pairs so please be quick to buy.
