We know how hard it is to get an accurate idea of size and fit when buying shoes online for the first time, hence we offer a 'No Quibble' refund policy so you can try on our beautiful shoes, in your own time, at home.

European sizing is the most accurate system to follow.

We do not stock half sizes.

In general for half sizes we recommend you size down for slingbacks, and size up for ballet pumps and flats. For boots and court shoes please check the guidance in the product descriptions.

Note: We stock a small range of Peter Kaiser and Högl shoes and boots. These brands use an alternative UK sizing system and are fairly generous fitting. Please follow your EUROPEAN size when ordering these brands, or ring us if you are unsure which size to select.

Practical, warm and good looking too! With a cosy faux furry lining, what's not to love about these? They are also certified vegan.

Created for the outdoors in robust waterproof natural rubber, the above-ankle below-calf height makes them super practical. They are easy to pull on and off as they have a side opening with an adjustable elasticated strap, and a heel tab.

These boots will take you anywhere and everywhere - whatever the weather!

Durable matt-finish black rubber uppers with deep-tread contrast khaki green soles. Warm and comfortable to wear with a cushioned insole and faux furry lining. Made in Spain by Verbenas. The adjustable elastic tab and elastic insert on the outer side of the boots provides extra room for tucking in your trousers.

These stylish above-ankle wellies are generously sized to accommodate socks. We suggest size down for half sizes.

Exceptionally hard-wearing, durable and long-lasting. These are made in Spain and worth every penny of the price. Don't dither.
