We know how hard it is to get an accurate idea of size and fit when buying shoes online for the first time, hence we offer a 'No Quibble' refund policy so you can try on our beautiful shoes, in your own time, at home.

European sizing is the most accurate system to follow.

We do not stock half sizes.

In general for half sizes we recommend you size down for slingbacks, and size up for ballet pumps and flats. For boots and court shoes please check the guidance in the product descriptions.

Note: We stock a small range of Peter Kaiser and Högl shoes and boots. These brands use an alternative UK sizing system and are fairly generous fitting. Please follow your EUROPEAN size when ordering these brands, or ring us if you are unsure which size to select.

We offer a semi-bespoke made-to-order service, meaning we can make any of our current own-brand Mandarina shoe styles in your own tartan fabric.

The lead time for this varies depending on our production capacity and the complexity of the job, but generally the process takes about 10 weeks. We require half a metre of fabric (supplied by you), and the cost, depending on delivery requirements and style is approximately £300 plus delivery.

Note: Bespoke shoes or boots are understandably not returnable.

To proceed please purchase the style you like from our online stock, in your size, to try on for fit. These can then be returned and credited against your bespoke order.
