Made for Mandarina in Italy, these leopard pattern loafers in cammo colours edged in royal blue are soft, textured and beautiful. 1cm flat heel, ponyskin upper, leather lined and a leather sole with non-slip central panel. Top quality Italian shoes! Weather-resistant. GENEROUS fitting. Size down for borderline and half sizes.

These lovely pony hair loafers are also available in plain bright candy pink!

Delivery Info

We use Royal Mail second class 'signed for' service for all our deliveries. This generally takes 3 to 5 days. If your package has not arrived in timely fashion please contact us to track the parcel. Tel: 01307 819488. Due to recent ongoing industrial action at Royal Mail deliveries are still a little inconsistent with some (random) items taking longer to arrive than usual. This also applies to returns.

Please provide us with any useful additional delivery information when you order, such as "Leave in Porch" or where to leave the package if you are out.

If your shoes are urgent please ring us and we can send them 1st class or Special Delivery!

UK standard signed for delivery £5.95

EU International Tracked £15 (post-Brexit customs duties may be payable)

Rest of World International Tracked £25 (customs duties may be payable)

Express /overnight delivery can be arranged by calling the office on Tel: 01307 819488. There is not an option to select Express Delivery online, please just call us.

Returns

No quibble, no reason to hesitate! If you do not look and feel fabulous in your Mandarina Shoes or Boots you can return them to us for a full refund or exchange, providing they are unused and in re-saleable condition.

Goods must be returned to us within 30 days for a refund, after that a credit note will be issued. If the shoes are a Christmas or birthday gift, or you are an overseas customer, we do understand that this process may take a little longer. We regret as a small business we are not able to offer free shipping or returns.

We will of course post out exchange items without charging additional postage fees.

We are currently operating an extended returns policy due to the recent disruption at Royal Mail. We try to be as flexible as is reasonably possible with all returns, however no items can be refunded until they are returned.

I just wanted to let you know that my Clova pumps arrived ridiculously quickly, and we escaped the rather random customs charges again. Hurrah. And again, they fit perfectly and are going to be good friends.

Amazing!

WOW!! The shoes have just LANDED here and with great excitement have opened them up and tried them on - the fit FANTASTICALLY and look just AMAZING!! The outfit is not actually here at the moment (with the 'fascinator maker'!!) so cannot put the whole lot on but they look really great - seem to have lost some weight recently due to SO much catering going on so should all be looking good. Will pay the bill (which I have to say is very reasonable for the great service you have given) as soon as this weekend and aftermarth is over, but thanks SO SO SO much for all your help and the great result. my order arrived far earlier than I expected

I am writing to register my absolute surprise and pleasure on receipt of my first order with Mandarina Shoes. To begin with, I was astonished that my order arrived far earlier than I expected - having only placed the order on Sunday, 15th November, I didn't think it would turn up until at least next week but in fact it arrived today, and in pristine condition. Secondly, the packaging in which the shoes are presented is divine, and the shoes themselves...there are no words I could have put them on and walked around all day in them, as beautiful and yet as comfortable as they are. Thank you so much, I am delighted with my gorgeous new kitten heels, and now I know where to come next time!

Fit like a glove

Just wanted to let you know that the Dachshund pumps arrived this morning and they are fab! They also fit like a glove!
