Not only are they the most elegant and glamorous kitten heel party shoes you will find but they combine timeless elegance with a sense of fun. Wear these kitten heel sling backs for a wedding or special occasion.

This shoe is one of our most tried, tested and popular - very comfortable, with a flirtatious 4cm square-shape leather-covered kitten heel, elegant pointed toe, and an elasticated leather slingback. Raffia weave textile upper in black and white. Leather lined and leather sole. Reasonably weather resistant. These shoes are suprisingly generous fitting. We recommend sizing down for half sizes. Fairly low cut at the front.

A note about slingbacks: it is a fact that slingbacks stay in place better on some feet than others. Whilst these straps are not floppy and they do have an elasticated section, we cannot guarantee they will remain perfectly in place at all times. You can buy gel strips in Boots, Timpsons, Tescos, online etc which help slingbacks stay on more securely.

We use Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked service for all our deliveries, but packages do sometimes take longer. If your package has not arrived in timely fashion please contact us to track the parcel.

Express /overnight UK delivery can be arranged by calling the office on Tel: 01307 819488. The charge is by weight but it is generally around £10. There is no option to select Express Delivery online, please call us. This service requires a signature and it is the customer responsibility to have arrangements in place to receive the package.

Returns

No quibble, no reason to hesitate! If you do not look and feel fabulous in your Mandarina Shoes or Boots you can return them to us for a full refund or exchange, providing they are unused and in re-saleable condition. Returns instructions are provided on the reverse of your invoice.

AN EXTENDED RETURNS PERIOD WILL BE PERMITTED FOR CHRISTMAS GIFTS.

Goods must be returned to us within 30 days for a refund, after that a credit note will be issued. If the shoes are a Christmas or birthday gift, or you are an overseas customer, we do understand that this process may take a little longer. We regret as a small business we are not able to offer free shipping or returns. Consequently, delivery and postage charges are non-refundable unless your order is incorrect or faulty. For your peace of mind make sure you ask for a certificate of posting. We cannot take responsibility for items that for whatever reason fail to reach Mandarina HQ. We recommend using 48-hour tracked service for all UK returns which has compensation up to £150.

Exchange items within the UK are posted at our cost, you will not be charged additional postage fees.

We try to be as flexible as possible with all returns, however no items can be refunded until they are returned and in a re-saleable condition.
