Stunning shoes in glorious two-tone red and white. Guaranteed to make you feel good and look even better.

Incredibly chic shoes whether worn with a basic T-shirt, jeans and jumper, or with crisp white linens.

Brilliant travel shoes. Light and flat to pack, easy to mix and match.

Classic loafer cut. Flattering and comfortable on the foot. Squared toe. 

These are 'sacchiato' made which in translation means they are amazingly soft, flexible and comfortable. Textile basket weave upper. Leather lined. Leather soles (wth non-slip panel). 1.5 cm flat heel. Reasonably weather proof. Suitable for indoor and outdoor wear. Note: These are suprisingly generous fitting, we recommend sizing down for half sizes.

Delivery Info

We use Royal Mail second class 'signed for' service for all our deliveries. This generally takes 3 to 5 working days. If your package has not arrived in timely fashion please contact us to track the parcel.

Royal Mail is generally reliable but some (random) items do take longer to arrive than usual. This also applies to returns. We have no control over this! We cannot be held responsible for postal delays. 

Please provide us with any useful additional delivery information when you order, such as "Leave in Porch" or where to leave the package if you are out. 

If your shoes are urgent please let us know and we can send them out 1st Class.

UK standard signed for delivery £5.95  (3 to 5 working days)

EU International Tracked £15 (post-Brexit customs duties may be payable)

Rest of World International Tracked £25 (customs duties may be payable)

Express /overnight delivery can be arranged by calling the office on Tel: 01307 819488. There is not an option to select Express Delivery online, please just call us.

Returns

No quibble, no reason to hesitate!  If you do not look and feel fabulous in your Mandarina Shoes or Boots you can return them to us for a full refund or exchange, providing they are unused and in re-saleable condition. Returns instructions are provided on the reverse of your invoice. 

Goods must be returned to us within 30 days for a refund, after that a credit note will be issued. If the shoes are a Christmas or birthday gift, or you are an overseas customer, we do understand that this process may take a little longer. We regret as a small business we are not able to offer free shipping or returns. Consequently delivery and postage charges are non-refundable unless your order is incorrect or faulty. For your peace of mind make sure you ask for a certificate of posting.  We cannot take responsibility for items that for whatever reason fail to reach Mandarina HQ.

We will of course post out exchange items within the UK without charging additional postage fees.

We try to be as flexible as is reasonably possible with all returns, however no items can be refunded until they are returned.

SO much better than trainers!

I bought these sneakers c 3 years ago and they are the perfect travelling shoe, light, breathable, and they pack nearly flat ( important on long trips with luggage restrictions): therefore, infinitely better than trainers.
