In sophisticated black duchesse satin, these elegant Italian-made flat shoes feature a flattering notched upper and glorious bold square diamanté buckle trim. Stunning to look at and wear. Comfortable and super-chic. Shoes which command serious WOW! factor.

These are 'sacchiato' made which in translation means they are soft and very flexible, but they are also surprisingly hard wearing and not as delicate as they may look!

Black duchesse satin upper with diamanté buckle trim. Leather lined. Leather soled. These will dress up anything you care to wear, but are also fun worn in a casual/kitsch way with jeans.

Average fit. 1cm flat heel. Reasonably weather-resistant. Suggest size down for half sizes.

Delivery Info

We use Royal Mail second class 'signed for' service for all our deliveries. This generally takes 3 to 5 working days. If your package has not arrived in timely fashion please contact us to track the parcel.

Royal Mail is generally reliable but some (random) items do take longer to arrive than usual. This also applies to returns. We have no control over this! We cannot be held responsible for postal delays.

Please provide us with any useful additional delivery information when you order, such as "Leave in Porch" or where to leave the package if you are out.

If your shoes are urgent please let us know and we can send them out 1st Class.

UK standard signed for delivery £5.95 (3 to 5 working days)

EU International Tracked £15 (post-Brexit customs duties may be payable)

Rest of World International Tracked £25 (customs duties may be payable)

Express /overnight delivery can be arranged by calling the office on Tel: 01307 819488. There is not an option to select Express Delivery online, please just call us.

Returns

No quibble, no reason to hesitate! If you do not look and feel fabulous in your Mandarina Shoes or Boots you can return them to us for a full refund or exchange, providing they are unused and in re-saleable condition.

Goods must be returned to us within 30 days for a refund, after that a credit note will be issued. If the shoes are a Christmas or birthday gift, or you are an overseas customer, we do understand that this process may take a little longer. We regret as a small business we are not able to offer free shipping or returns.

We will of course post out exchange items without charging additional postage fees.

We try to be as flexible as is reasonably possible with all returns, however no items can be refunded until they are returned.

Walking on Air!

My shoes came in this morning. I wore them, to get the feel of them for a stroll in the park, just around the corner, with my dog. Everybody was dressed in dark colours, heavy boots or shoes and here I was, in my velvet teal blue booties, walking on air! :-)

Amazing!

WOW!! The shoes have just LANDED here and with great excitement have opened them up and tried them on - the fit FANTASTICALLY and look just AMAZING!! The outfit is not actually here at the moment (with the 'fascinator maker'!!) so cannot put the whole lot on but they look really great - seem to have lost some weight recently due to SO much catering going on so should all be looking good. Will pay the bill (which I have to say is very reasonable for the great service you have given) as soon as this weekend and aftermarth is over, but thanks SO SO SO much for all your help and the great result.
