Have you ever wanted a pair of boots that were almost like super-chic wellies? A style that you can wear and look smart, but also do outdoorsy things in without having the palaver of changing. Well, here you go. Meet the Mandarina Tramper.
A brilliant long boot design which is flattering to wear but also robust.
Roomy enough to wear over trousers but looks good worn with skirts, coats and dresses too. The leg is shaped but not closely fitted, with a buttoned tab at the rear, and full inside zipper.
Made in Spain by authentic Spanish bootmakers. Real nubuck suede upper, entirely leather lined, chunky modern non-slip all-terrain soles. 4cm heel height, depth of sole at front 2.5cm. These will fit most leg sizes comfortably. Calf circumference approx 38/39cm
Average to fairly small fitting, we would recommend sizing up for half sizes.

Please provide us with any useful additional delivery information when you order, such as "Leave in Porch" or where to leave the package if you are out.

Express /overnight UK delivery can be arranged by calling the office on Tel: 01307 819488. The charge is by weight but it is generally around £10. There is no option to select Express Delivery online, please call us. This service requires a signature and it is the customer responsibility to have arrangements in place to receive the package.
No quibble, no reason to hesitate! If you do not look and feel fabulous in your Mandarina Shoes or Boots you can return them to us for a full refund or exchange, providing they are unused and in re-saleable condition. Returns instructions are provided on the reverse of your invoice.
AN EXTENDED RETURNS PERIOD WILL BE PERMITTED FOR CHRISTMAS GIFTS.
Goods must be returned to us within 30 days for a refund, after that a credit note will be issued. If the shoes are a Christmas or birthday gift, or you are an overseas customer, we do understand that this process may take a little longer. We regret as a small business we are not able to offer free shipping or returns. Consequently, delivery and postage charges are non-refundable unless your order is incorrect or faulty. For your peace of mind make sure you ask for a certificate of posting. We cannot take responsibility for items that for whatever reason fail to reach Mandarina HQ. We recommend using 48-hour tracked service for all UK returns which has compensation up to £150.
Exchange items within the UK are posted at our cost, you will not be charged additional postage fees.
We try to be as flexible as possible with all returns, however no items can be refunded until they are returned and in a re-saleable condition.
