Product Details

The ladies cropped cowboy boot has morphed into a fashion wardrobe essential.

We have opted for an ankle height style boot rather than going for a mid-calf or full length design as we feel an ankle boot is more versatile for all.

Crafted by authentic Spanish bootmakers and named after the Spanish gauchos, these wonderful cowboy-style suede ankle boots feature a low 4cm Cuban heel, and traditional stitch detailing.

Easy to wear and style with jeans and trousers but these look super with mini to midi-length skirts and dresses too. And what a divine colour they are in dark mustang brown —just a little bit different from ordinary brown and thus even more stylish.

If you have to choose one everyday ankle boot this season you cannot go wrong with these. They are the best day-in day-out winter wardrobe essentials you will find at this price.

Full side zipper. Comfortable and flattering toe shape - not too pointy. 4cm heel.

Soft but robust real suede upper, cushioned leather insoles, hard-wearing leather-look soles. These boots are true to size but not overly generous, so we recommend sizing up for half sizes. Made in Spain.

We use Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked service for all our deliveries, but packages do sometimes take longer. If your package has not arrived in timely fashion please contact us to track the parcel.

Please provide us with any useful additional delivery information when you order, such as "Leave in Porch" or where to leave the package if you are out.

Express /overnight UK delivery can be arranged by calling the office on Tel: 01307 819488. The charge is by weight but it is generally around £10. There is no option to select Express Delivery online, please call us. This service requires a signature and it is the customer responsibility to have arrangements in place to receive the package.

Returns

No quibble, no reason to hesitate! If you do not look and feel fabulous in your Mandarina Shoes or Boots you can return them to us for a full refund or exchange, providing they are unused and in re-saleable condition. Returns instructions are provided on the reverse of your invoice.

AN EXTENDED RETURNS PERIOD WILL BE PERMITTED FOR CHRISTMAS GIFTS.

Goods must be returned to us within 30 days for a refund, after that a credit note will be issued. If the shoes are a Christmas or birthday gift, or you are an overseas customer, we do understand that this process may take a little longer. We regret as a small business we are not able to offer free shipping or returns. Consequently, delivery and postage charges are non-refundable unless your order is incorrect or faulty. For your peace of mind make sure you ask for a certificate of posting. We cannot take responsibility for items that for whatever reason fail to reach Mandarina HQ. We recommend using 48-hour tracked service for all UK returns which has compensation up to £150.

Exchange items within the UK are posted at our cost, you will not be charged additional postage fees.

We try to be as flexible as possible with all returns, however no items can be refunded until they are returned and in a re-saleable condition.
