You asked - we delivered:
- STRETCHY but with a full inside zipper which makes them easy to put on and off (think airport security....)
- Long enough in the leg to be flattering ie: not cut off at the calf.

- The textile suede upper is easy care, weather and stain resistant.

Note these boots are made in a stretch textile suede, hence the reasonable price, but believe us when we say it looks and feels like real suede, it does not look cheap, and has the huge benefit of being hard-wearing, stain and rain-resistant. You can also fold the boots which makes them ideal for packing and travelling.
Our Bella Boots very soft so they are not tightly fitted to the leg but neither are they baggy. Finishing just below the knee and, will fit most leg sizes. Very very comfortable to wear.
Average to generous fitting. We recommend sizing DOWN for half sizes.
34-36cm calf circumference, with sufficient stretch up to approx 40cm.
The back seam om a size 5 pair measures 40cm from the heel bed to the upper edge of the boot.

We use Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked service for all our deliveries, but packages do sometimes take longer. If your package has not arrived in timely fashion please contact us to track the parcel.

Royal Mail is generally reliable but some (random) items do take longer to arrive than usual. This also applies to returns. We have no control over this! We cannot be held responsible for postal delays.
Please provide us with any useful additional delivery information when you order, such as "Leave in Porch" or where to leave the package if you are out.

Express /overnight UK delivery can be arranged by calling the office on Tel: 01307 819488. The charge is by weight but it is generally around £10. There is no option to select Express Delivery online, please call us. This service requires a signature and it is the customer responsibility to have arrangements in place to receive the package.
No quibble, no reason to hesitate! If you do not look and feel fabulous in your Mandarina Shoes or Boots you can return them to us for a full refund or exchange, providing they are unused and in re-saleable condition. Returns instructions are provided on the reverse of your invoice.
AN EXTENDED RETURNS PERIOD WILL BE PERMITTED FOR CHRISTMAS GIFTS.
Goods must be returned to us within 30 days for a refund, after that a credit note will be issued. If the shoes are a Christmas or birthday gift, or you are an overseas customer, we do understand that this process may take a little longer. We regret as a small business we are not able to offer free shipping or returns. Consequently, delivery and postage charges are non-refundable unless your order is incorrect or faulty. For your peace of mind make sure you ask for a certificate of posting. We cannot take responsibility for items that for whatever reason fail to reach Mandarina HQ. We recommend using 48-hour tracked service for all UK returns which has compensation up to £150.
Exchange items within the UK are posted at our cost, you will not be charged additional postage fees.
We try to be as flexible as possible with all returns, however no items can be refunded until they are returned and in a re-saleable condition.
