Urban chic. Chunky sole suede ankle boots.

A fabulous go-to boot style in dark brown suede with a mid-platform sole and 4cm block heel.

Designed and made for us in Spain by Paula Urban. Trust us when we say you will find these endlessly useful. Wear them with a smart city coat and trouser suit, or just wear them with your jeans and favourite jumper. They will quickly become favourites too!

Full inside zipper for easy on/off, dark brown weatherproof suede, comfortable padded leather insoles, non-slip rubber soles. Average fit and true to size. We recommend sizing up for half sizes if you want to wear them with socks in the winter.

Delivery Info

We use Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked service for all our deliveries, but packages do sometimes take longer. If your package has not arrived in timely fashion please contact us to track the parcel.

Royal Mail is generally reliable but some (random) items do take longer to arrive than usual. This also applies to returns. We have no control over this! We cannot be held responsible for postal delays. 

Please provide us with any useful additional delivery information when you order, such as "Leave in Porch" or where to leave the package if you are out. 

If your shoes are urgent please let us know and we can send them out 24 Hour Tracked

EU International Tracked £15 (post-Brexit customs duties may be payable)

Rest of World International Tracked £25 (customs duties may be payable)

Express /overnight UK delivery can be arranged by calling the office on Tel: 01307 819488. The charge is by weight but it is generally around £10. There is not an option to select Express Delivery online, please call us. This service requires a signature and it is the customer responsibility to have arrangements in place to receive the package.

Returns

No quibble, no reason to hesitate!  If you do not look and feel fabulous in your Mandarina Shoes or Boots you can return them to us for a full refund or exchange, providing they are unused and in re-saleable condition. Returns instructions are provided on the reverse of your invoice. 

Goods must be returned to us within 30 days for a refund, after that a credit note will be issued. If the shoes are a Christmas or birthday gift, or you are an overseas customer, we do understand that this process may take a little longer. We regret as a small business we are not able to offer free shipping or returns. Consequently delivery and postage charges are non-refundable unless your order is incorrect or faulty. For your peace of mind make sure you ask for a certificate of posting.  We cannot take responsibility for items that for whatever reason fail to reach Mandarina HQ.

We will of course post out exchange items within the UK without charging additional postage fees.

We try to be as flexible as is reasonably possible with all returns, however no items can be refunded until they are returned.

Joy!

What joy in these dark Covid days to receive your bright orange box at my front door. What excitement to open and put on the St Moritz boots and marvel at the navy sneakers tucked beside them in the box. And what a thrill to spy silver sparkling laces secretly waiting in the toe.

The fact that we aren’t going anywhere and I don’t need any more things for my feet doesn’t matter one bit. Thank you so much for this hope and happiness!(Something my husband at the breakfast table can’t quite understand).

EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED!

My shoes have arrived and they are exactly what I wanted.....just delicious!  I have never ordered shoes online before and will certainly keep your company in mind, should I be looking for special shoes again. my order arrived far earlier than I expected

I am writing to register my absolute surprise and pleasure on receipt of my first order with Mandarina Shoes. To begin with, I was astonished that my order arrived far earlier than I expected - having only placed the order on Sunday, 15th November, I didn't think it would turn up until at least next week but in fact it arrived today, and in pristine condition. Secondly, the packaging in which the shoes are presented is divine, and the shoes themselves...there are no words I could have put them on and walked around all day in them, as beautiful and yet as comfortable as they are. Thank you so much, I am delighted with my gorgeous new kitten heels, and now I know where to come next time!
