A pair of metallic silver leather ballet flats are a real all-rounder - dress them up, dress them down and wear them through the day and into evening.

Part of Hogl's new 'butterflight' range - these are 'sacchiato' made which in translation means that the inside of the shoe is moulded from one piece of leather making them soft, light and super flexible to wear. Comfort shoes indeed! The slightly gathered heel ensures a snug fit.

Not too low cut, these ballet pumps are bunion friendly and show no toe-cleavage. And take it from us - they are astonishingly comfortable! There is nothing to deter you from this purchase.

These statement metallic ballet pumps have a rounded toe, flat heel, leather upper and are also fully leather lined with non-slip rubber soles.

Note: the sizing is GENEROUS. For half sizes or if you are borderline in your size, you will need to size DOWN.

Delivery Info

We use Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked service for all our deliveries, but packages do sometimes take longer. If your package has not arrived in timely fashion please contact us to track the parcel.

Royal Mail is generally reliable but some (random) items do take longer to arrive than usual. This also applies to returns. We have no control over this! We cannot be held responsible for postal delays.

Please provide us with any useful additional delivery information when you order, such as "Leave in Porch" or where to leave the package if you are out.

EU International Tracked £15 (post-Brexit customs duties may be payable)

Express /overnight UK delivery can be arranged by calling the office on Tel: 01307 819488. The charge is by weight but it is generally around £10. There is not an option to select Express Delivery online, please call us. This service requires a signature and it is the customer responsibility to have arrangements in place to receive the package.

Returns

No quibble, no reason to hesitate! If you do not look and feel fabulous in your Mandarina Shoes or Boots you can return them to us for a full refund or exchange, providing they are unused and in re-saleable condition. Returns instructions are provided on the reverse of your invoice.

Goods must be returned to us within 30 days for a refund, after that a credit note will be issued. If the shoes are a Christmas or birthday gift, or you are an overseas customer, we do understand that this process may take a little longer. We regret as a small business we are not able to offer free shipping or returns. Consequently delivery and postage charges are non-refundable unless your order is incorrect or faulty. For your peace of mind make sure you ask for a certificate of posting. We cannot take responsibility for items that for whatever reason fail to reach Mandarina HQ.

We will of course post out exchange items within the UK without charging additional postage fees.

We try to be as flexible as is reasonably possible with all returns, however no items can be refunded until they are returned.
