The Mandarina pixie boot has been a global best-seller for years, and for good reason. This ankle boot style is immensely flattering, comfortable to wear and hardwearing.

We have updated the design this year with elasticated sides and a more rounded toe shape giving the boots a more contemporary feel. And we have perfected the length so this style works really well tucked under all trousers, as well as with skirts and dresses.

We have several patterned and plain options available - this one in a classic tan and black houndstooth is the ultimate in European Chic. So smart with a black or camel coat.

Our pixie boots are versatile. Wear them day or night and at weekends - they are easy to dress up or dress down. Perfect under jeans with a snuggly jumper. Smart for evening wear too.

Wool mix textile upper, 6cm kitten heel, elasticated sides with a pull-on heel tab, soft microsuede lining, hardwearing leather-look sole. Weather-resistant. Average fit, true to size. Recommend size up for half sizes.

Delivery Info

We use Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked service for all our deliveries, but packages do sometimes take longer. If your package has not arrived in timely fashion please contact us to track the parcel.

Royal Mail is generally reliable but some (random) items do take longer to arrive than usual. This also applies to returns. We have no control over this! We cannot be held responsible for postal delays.

Please provide us with any useful additional delivery information when you order, such as "Leave in Porch" or where to leave the package if you are out.

If your shoes are urgent please let us know and we can send them out 24 Hour Tracked

EU International Tracked £15 (post-Brexit customs duties may be payable)

Rest of World International Tracked £25 (customs duties may be payable)

Express /overnight UK delivery can be arranged by calling the office on Tel: 01307 819488. The charge is by weight but it is generally around £10. There is not an option to select Express Delivery online, please call us. This service requires a signature and it is the customer responsibility to have arrangements in place to receive the package.

Returns

No quibble, no reason to hesitate! If you do not look and feel fabulous in your Mandarina Shoes or Boots you can return them to us for a full refund or exchange, providing they are unused and in re-saleable condition. Returns instructions are provided on the reverse of your invoice.

Goods must be returned to us within 30 days for a refund, after that a credit note will be issued. If the shoes are a Christmas or birthday gift, or you are an overseas customer, we do understand that this process may take a little longer. We regret as a small business we are not able to offer free shipping or returns. Consequently delivery and postage charges are non-refundable unless your order is incorrect or faulty. For your peace of mind make sure you ask for a certificate of posting. We cannot take responsibility for items that for whatever reason fail to reach Mandarina HQ.

We will of course post out exchange items within the UK without charging additional postage fees.

We try to be as flexible as is reasonably possible with all returns, however no items can be refunded until they are returned.

Thank you very much for the shoes sent to our London address, I am thrilled with both pairs. I bought a pair of classic slingbacks in aqua last year and was equally happy with them. I met you at the Ardingly Fair last year whilst visiting my mother who lives nearby. Earlier this year I went to a School Reunion in Surrey and a friend of mine who lives in Lockerbie appeared in a pair of your tweed ankle boots in bright pink, they were very much the talking point of the day! I just had to tell you how much I enjoyed wearing the white pumps this summer. Wore them to death! So much so that I just had to buy another pair. They were so comfortable and I wore them day and night, hardly off my feet.
