If you have to choose one pair of ankle boots this Winter, then these are the ones to go for. An investment style worth every penny of the price.

In robust black suede - you can never do without black - a medium height 5.5cm block heel, practical chunky (but-not-clumpy) flatform sole, and the perfect above-ankle length for tucking under trousers or wearing with dresses and skirts. The back seam measures 18cm from the top of heel to upper edge. Nice heel tab detail.

Made for us by Hogl of Austria,  in hardy suede, these are of the very best quality. Nicely cushioned on the inside and fully leather lined. Non-slip deep-tread soles.

The full inside zipper makes them easy to put on and off. Discreet elasticated insert on upper inside edge for extra width and comfort. Blissful to wear, fairly generous fitting so size down for half sizes.  

These will sell ot quickly so don't dither, grab your size now. There is no quibble about reuturning them if not suitable.

Delivery Info

We use Royal Mail second class 'signed for' service for all our deliveries. This generally takes 3 to 5 days. If your package has not arrived in timely fashion please contact us to track the parcel. Tel: 01307 819488. Due to recent ongoing industrial action at Royal Mail deliveries are still a little inconsistent with some (random) items taking longer to arrive than usual. This also applies to returns.

Please provide us with any useful additional delivery information when you order, such as "Leave in Porch" or where to leave the package if you are out. 

If your shoes are urgent please ring us and we can send them 1st class or Special Delivery!

UK standard signed for delivery £5.95 

EU International Tracked £15 (post-Brexit customs duties may be payable)

Rest of World International Tracked £25 (customs duties may be payable)

Express /overnight delivery can be arranged by calling the office on Tel: 01307 819488. There is not an option to select Express Delivery online, please just call us.

Returns

No quibble, no reason to hesitate!  If you do not look and feel fabulous in your Mandarina Shoes or Boots you can return them to us for a full refund or exchange, providing they are unused and in re-saleable condition.

Goods must be returned to us within 30 days for a refund, after that a credit note will be issued. If the shoes are a Christmas or birthday gift, or you are an overseas customer, we do understand that this process may take a little longer. We regret as a small business we are not able to offer free shipping or returns.

We will of course post out exchange items without charging additional postage fees.

We are currently operating an extended returns policy due to the recent disruption at Royal Mail. We try to be as flexible as is reasonably possible with all returns, however no items can be refunded until they are returned.

my order arrived far earlier than I expected

I am writing to register my absolute surprise and pleasure on receipt of my first order with Mandarina Shoes. To begin with, I was astonished that my order arrived far earlier than I expected - having only placed the order on Sunday, 15th November, I didn't think it would turn up until at least next week but in fact it arrived today, and in pristine condition. Secondly, the packaging in which the shoes are presented is divine, and the shoes themselves...there are no words I could have put them on and walked around all day in them, as beautiful and yet as comfortable as they are. Thank you so much, I am delighted with my gorgeous new kitten heels, and now I know where to come next time!
