Not so keen on 'flatforms'? Then these plimsolls are the perfect sneakers for you. Part of our 'basics' range they are priced accordingly, but you will get fantastic wear out of them.

And to give them just a little bit extra va va voom they come with two additional sets of jolly laces (included in the price), navy polka dot and pink patterned.

I take them everywhere I travel as they are so light and comfortable. They have been sailing, surfing, on the beach, off the beach, around South America and much much more besides! You can wear them with or without laces depending on what you are doing and chuck them in the washing machine for a quick re-fresh."

Bright white canvas upper, metal eyelets, flat soles, average fitting. Non-cushioned, non-removable insoles. There is space to insert a more cushioned insole if desired.

Note: the Union Jack laces pictured are sold separately.

Delivery Info

We use Royal Mail 48-Hour Tracked service for all our UK deliveries, but packages do sometimes take longer. If you require your shoes urgently, we are happy to post them out 24-hour tracked. Please advise us of this when you place your order.

If your package does not arrive in timely fashion, please contact us to track the parcel.

Royal Mail is generally reliable, but some (random) items do take longer to arrive than usual. This also applies to returns. We have no control over this! We cannot be held responsible for postal delays. 

Please provide us with any useful additional delivery information when you order, such as "Leave in Porch" or where to leave the package if you are out. 

If your shoes are urgent, please let us know at the time of ordering, and we can send them out 24-hour tracked

EU International Tracked £15 (post-Brexit customs duties may be payable and are the customer's responsibility)

Rest of World International Tracked £25 (customs duties may be payable)

Express /overnight UK delivery can be arranged by calling the office on Tel: 01307 819488 or if no answer ring 07748 535720 . The charge is by weight and it is generally around £10, with a surcharge for Saturday delivery. There is no option to select Express Delivery online, so please do call us. This service requires a signature and it is the customer responsibility to have arrangements in place to receive the package.

Returns

No quibble, no reason to hesitate!  If you do not look and feel fabulous in your Mandarina Shoes or Boots you can return them to us for a full refund or exchange, providing they are unused and in re-saleable condition. Returns instructions are provided on the reverse of your invoice. 

Goods must be returned to us within 30 days for a refund, after that a credit note will be issued. If the shoes are a Christmas or birthday gift, or you are an overseas customer, we do understand that this process may take a little longer. We regret as a small business we are not able to offer free shipping or returns.

Returns postage charges are non-refundable unless your order is incorrect or faulty. For your peace of mind make sure you ask for a certificate of posting.  We cannot take responsibility for items that for whatever reason fail to reach Mandarina HQ. We recommend using 48-hour tracked service for all UK returns which has compensation up to £150.

Exchange items within the UK are posted out at our cost, you will not be charged additional postage fees.

We try to be as flexible as possible with all returns, however no items can be refunded until they are returned and received in a re-saleable condition.

Just wanted to let you know that the Dachshund pumps arrived this morning and they are fab! They also fit like a glove!
