Meet Saba, a boot born for style and adventure!

Everybody knows we can't live without boots these days, no matter what the time of year, they just work for the lifestyle we now all lead. We have chosen these for our Spring/Summer range as the neutral stone colouring works really well with basically everything - darks, lights, brights, skirts, jumpers, jeans, dresses and coats! Way to go.

So, if you have to choose one everyday style of ankle boot you cannot go wrong with these. They are quite simply the best day-in day-out wardrobe essential you will find, but with bags of style to boot (if you'll excuse the pun).

Made for Mandarina by Paul Green of Austria these are unbelievably comfortable and soft and of the very best quality. Worth every single penny of the price. A lifelong investment.

Deliciously soft suede upper, but well structured around the foot, comfortably cushioned insole and leather lining, non-slip soles. Full side zipper, 5cm low Cuban-style block heel.

A brilliant boot - great shape, great heel, great colour, great value - and they tick the Eco box too.

Generous fitting! Good for slightly wider feet. Size down for half sizes.

Delivery Info

We use Royal Mail second class 'signed for' service for all our deliveries. This generally takes 3 to 5 days. If your package has not arrived in timely fashion please contact us to track the parcel. Tel: 01307 819488. Due to recent ongoing industrial action at Royal Mail deliveries are still a little inconsistent with some (random) items taking longer to arrive than usual. This also applies to returns.

Please provide us with any useful additional delivery information when you order, such as "Leave in Porch" or where to leave the package if you are out.

If your shoes are urgent please ring us and we can send them 1st class or Special Delivery!

EU International Tracked £15 (post-Brexit customs duties may be payable)

Express /overnight delivery can be arranged by calling the office on Tel: 01307 819488. There is not an option to select Express Delivery online, please just call us.

Returns

No quibble, no reason to hesitate! If you do not look and feel fabulous in your Mandarina Shoes or Boots you can return them to us for a full refund or exchange, providing they are unused and in re-saleable condition.

Goods must be returned to us within 30 days for a refund, after that a credit note will be issued. If the shoes are a Christmas or birthday gift, or you are an overseas customer, we do understand that this process may take a little longer. We regret as a small business we are not able to offer free shipping or returns.

We will of course post out exchange items without charging additional postage fees.

We are currently operating an extended returns policy due to the recent disruption at Royal Mail. We try to be as flexible as is reasonably possible with all returns, however no items can be refunded until they are returned.

PUMPS

I just had to tell you how much I enjoyed wearing the white pumps this summer. Wore them to death! So much so that I just had to buy another pair. They were so comfortable and I wore them day and night, hardly off my feet.

Amazing!

WOW!! The shoes have just LANDED here and with great excitement have opened them up and tried them on - the fit FANTASTICALLY and look just AMAZING!! The outfit is not actually here at the moment (with the 'fascinator maker'!!) so cannot put the whole lot on but they look really great - seem to have lost some weight recently due to SO much catering going on so should all be looking good. Will pay the bill (which I have to say is very reasonable for the great service you have given) as soon as this weekend and aftermarth is over, but thanks SO SO SO much for all your help and the great result. I spotted the tantalising glimpse you’ve offered of your forthcoming spring collection and especially what appeared to be some rose-patterned ballet pumps. Any idea when they’ll be coming in?
