Mandarina Premium Range. 

Stunning Spring Summer pointy flat shoes in bold block colours which call to mind fashion legend Yves Saint Laurent - a leader in the field of colour mixing. As he famously said "fashions fade, but style is eternal." And how right he was.

The red, purple and pink colours are uplifting, fresh and youthful and look incredibly smart whether worn with a basic T-shirt and jeans, or with crisp white linens.

Brilliant travel shoes. Light and flat to pack, easy to mix and match, and fully leather lined which makes this style comfortable and breathable. Step out and be noticed!

Really flattering on the foot with a notched upper and tapered toe which does not feel pointy to wear. Not too low cut.

These are 'sacchiato' made which in translation means they are amazingly soft, flexible and comfortable. All leather - inside, outside and underside. 1 cm flat heel. Reasonably weather proof. Suitable for indoor and outdoor wear.

Note: these are true to size and average fitting. We suggest sizing up for half sizes.

We use Royal Mail 48-Hour Tracked service for all our UK deliveries, but packages do sometimes take longer. If you require your shoes urgently we are happy to post them out 24-hour tracked. Please advise us of this when you place your order.

If your package does not arrive in timely fashion please contact us to track the parcel.

Royal Mail is generally reliable but some (random) items do take longer to arrive than usual. This also applies to returns. We have no control over this! We cannot be held responsible for postal delays. 

Please provide us with any useful additional delivery information when you order, such as "Leave in Porch" or where to leave the package if you are out.

EU International Tracked £15 (post-Brexit customs duties may be payable and are the customer's responsibility)

Express /overnight UK delivery can be arranged by calling the office on Tel: 01307 819488. The charge is by weight and it is generally around £10. There is no option to select Express Delivery online, please call us. This service requires a signature and it is the customer responsibility to have arrangements in place to receive the package.

Returns

No quibble, no reason to hesitate!  If you do not look and feel fabulous in your Mandarina Shoes or Boots you can return them to us for a full refund or exchange, providing they are unused and in re-saleable condition. Returns instructions are provided on the reverse of your invoice. 

Goods must be returned to us within 30 days for a refund, after that a credit note will be issued. If the shoes are a Christmas or birthday gift, or you are an overseas customer, we do understand that this process may take a little longer. We regret as a small business we are not able to offer free shipping or returns.

Returns postage charges are non-refundable unless your order is incorrect or faulty. For your peace of mind make sure you ask for a certificate of posting.  We cannot take responsibility for items that for whatever reason fail to reach Mandarina HQ. We recommend using 48-hour tracked service for all UK returns which has compensation up to £150.

Exchange items within the UK are posted out at our cost, you will not be charged additional postage fees.

We try to be as flexible as possible with all returns, however no items can be refunded until they are returned and received in a re-saleable condition.

Walking on Air!

My shoes came in this morning.  I wore them, to get the feel of them for a stroll in the park, just around the corner, with my dog. Everybody was dressed in dark colours, heavy boots or shoes and here I was, in my velvet teal blue booties, walking on air! :-)

my order arrived far earlier than I expected

I am writing to register my absolute surprise and pleasure on receipt of my first order with Mandarina Shoes. To begin with, I was astonished that my order arrived far earlier than I expected - having only placed the order on Sunday, 15th November, I didn't think it would turn up until at least next week but in fact it arrived today, and in pristine condition. Secondly, the packaging in which the shoes are presented is divine, and the shoes themselves...there are no words I could have put them on and walked around all day in them, as beautiful and yet as comfortable as they are. Thank you so much, I am delighted with my gorgeous new kitten heels, and now I know where to come next time!

Joy!

What joy in these dark days to receive your bright orange box at my front door. What excitement to open and put on the St Moritz boots and marvel at the navy sneakers tucked beside them in the box. And what a thrill to spy silver sparkling laces secretly waiting in the toe.

The fact that we aren’t going anywhere and I don’t need any more things for my feet doesn’t matter one bit. Thank you so much for this hope and happiness! (Something my husband at the breakfast table can’t quite understand).

I have a pair of the pink ones with leopard skin lining which I have had more compliments about than any other item of clothing I have ever owned! to the extent that at a dinner at Colefax & Fowler I was requested to put them on the table for general admiration!
