If you have to choose one everyday style of ankle boot you cannot go wrong with the Havana. It's super easy to style with a blocky Cuban heel which is not too exaggerated. Made from robust cow suede you can safely wear these all year round from Summer through to Autumn/Winter. 

Our brand director describes them as "An updated version of the classic Chelsea Boot with a nod to the Cowboy boot trend, featuring a low Cuban-style heel and elasticated sides."

Great to wear under trousers, or with midi style dresses and skirts. Elasticated on both sides with a pull tab on the heel. Comfortable toe shape - not too pointy. 3.5cm heel.

Real cow suede upper, and leather lined, tough non-slip leather soles and rubber heel tips. Dark brown elastic inserts. Average fit. Size up for half sizes. Crafted in Spain by authentic bootmakers. Model wears size UK6.

Delivery Info

We use Royal Mail second class 'signed for' service for all our deliveries. This generally takes 3 to 5 days. If your package has not arrived in timely fashion please contact us to track the parcel. Tel: 01307 819488. Due to recent ongoing industrial action at Royal Mail deliveries are still a little inconsistent with some (random) items taking longer to arrive than usual. This also applies to returns.

Please provide us with any useful additional delivery information when you order, such as "Leave in Porch" or where to leave the package if you are out. 

If your shoes are urgent please ring us and we can send them 1st class or Special Delivery!

UK standard signed for delivery £5.95 

EU International Tracked £15 (post-Brexit customs duties may be payable)

Rest of World International Tracked £25 (customs duties may be payable)

Express /overnight delivery can be arranged by calling the office on Tel: 01307 819488. There is not an option to select Express Delivery online, please just call us.

Returns

No quibble, no reason to hesitate!  If you do not look and feel fabulous in your Mandarina Shoes or Boots you can return them to us for a full refund or exchange, providing they are unused and in re-saleable condition.

Goods must be returned to us within 30 days for a refund, after that a credit note will be issued. If the shoes are a Christmas or birthday gift, or you are an overseas customer, we do understand that this process may take a little longer. We regret as a small business we are not able to offer free shipping or returns.

We will of course post out exchange items without charging additional postage fees.

We are currently operating an extended returns policy due to the recent disruption at Royal Mail. We try to be as flexible as is reasonably possible with all returns, however no items can be refunded until they are returned.

Walking on Air!

My shoes came in this morning.  I wore them, to get the feel of them for a stroll in the park, just around the corner, with my dog. Everybody was dressed in dark colours, heavy boots or shoes and here I was, in my velvet teal blue booties, walking on air! :-)

Thank you very much for the shoes sent to our London address, I am thrilled with both pairs. I bought a pair of classic slingbacks in aqua last year and was equally happy with them. I met you at the Ardingly Fair last year whilst visiting my mother who lives nearby. Earlier this year I went to a School Reunion in Surrey and a friend of mine who lives in Lockerbie appeared in a pair of your tweed ankle boots in bright pink, they were very much the talking point of the day! Fabulous!

The fabulous black ankle boots have just arrived and I absolutely love them. They are so soft and comfortable I cannot wait for some colder weather.
