We use Royal Mail second class 'signed for' service for all our deliveries. This generally takes 3 to 5 working days. If your package has not arrived in timely fashion please contact us to track the parcel.

Royal Mail is generally reliable but some (random) items do take longer to arrive than usual. This also applies to returns. We have no control over this! We cannot be held responsible for postal delays.
Please provide us with any useful additional delivery information when you order, such as "Leave in Porch" or where to leave the package if you are out.
If your shoes are urgent please let us know and we can send them out 1st Class.
UK standard signed for delivery £5.95 (3 to 5 working days)
EU International Tracked £15 (post-Brexit customs duties may be payable)
Rest of World International Tracked £25 (customs duties may be payable)
Express /overnight delivery can be arranged by calling the office on Tel: 01307 819488. There is not an option to select Express Delivery online, please just call us.
No quibble, no reason to hesitate! If you do not look and feel fabulous in your Mandarina Shoes or Boots you can return them to us for a full refund or exchange, providing they are unused and in re-saleable condition.
Goods must be returned to us within 30 days for a refund, after that a credit note will be issued. If the shoes are a Christmas or birthday gift, or you are an overseas customer, we do understand that this process may take a little longer. We regret as a small business we are not able to offer free shipping or returns.
We will of course post out exchange items without charging additional postage fees.
We try to be as flexible as is reasonably possible with all returns, however no items can be refunded until they are returned.

The fabulous black ankle boots have just arrived and I absolutely love them. They are so soft and comfortable I cannot wait for some colder weather.

I have a pair of the pink ones with leopard skin lining which I have had more compliments about than any other item of clothing I have ever owned! to the extent that at a dinner at Colefax & Fowler I was requested to put them on the table for general admiration! Obviously I tell everyone where to get them from!!

I just wanted to say that I absolutely love my new bright white trainers! After a long search they are just what I wanted. Bright white top and sole, with a little platform that doesn’t make your feet look huge, and more importantly they are extremely comfortable. So thank you!
