Thanks for the lovely dachshund shoes they’re a joy to look at and a joy to wear. I spotted the tantalising glimpse you’ve offered of your forthcoming spring collection and especially what appeared to be some rose-patterned ballet pumps. Any idea when they’ll be coming in? They looked blooming lovely! You’re in danger of turning me away from heels forever with your lovely ballet flats . . .

I am writing to register my absolute surprise and pleasure on receipt of my first order with Mandarina Shoes. To begin with, I was astonished that my order arrived far earlier than I expected - having only placed the order on Sunday, 15th November, I didn't think it would turn up until at least next week but in fact it arrived today, and in pristine condition. Secondly, the packaging in which the shoes are presented is divine, and the shoes themselves...there are no words I could have put them on and walked around all day in them, as beautiful and yet as comfortable as they are. Thank you so much, I am delighted with my gorgeous new kitten heels, and now I know where to come next time!

Just wanted to let you know that the Dachshund pumps arrived this morning and they are fab! They also fit like a glove! I also wanted to say that to find a company with such great customer service is extremely rare in this day and age and I very much appreciated your help and guidance with this purchase - it shall certainly not be my last!
